Our contact form does not store anything on this website — it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose whether to send. We never ask for card details or financial data through forms or chat. Payments are handled separately through Stripe's secure checkout.
The legal basis is your consent (by sending us your details) and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
This website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If that ever changes (for example, if we add a measurement tool), we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
We never sell or rent your data. It may be processed by the technology providers we rely on to operate the service — for example WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) when you message us, Stripe for payment processing, and our hosting provider. They process data only to help us deliver the service to you.
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. If we don't end up working together, we delete them on request or within 24 months at the latest.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just message or email us and we'll sort it quickly.
